Visual voicemail app doesn't work

Hello,

My android visual voicemail is saying that I need to be connected to a mobile network for it to work. I am. I've tried turning off my WiFi, still nothing.

I have the latest version of the app.

    I get this message but only when I'm on VPN. Once I get off VPN, it works.

    Is it your case?


    FYI it will not use wifi but your mobile data. Source: the FAQ.

    If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

    Thanks for the reply. I ended up fixing it. I did have a VPN acting as a DNS filter. I put the vvm app on the whitelist, disabled the VPN temporarily, and then it worked, and has worked ever since (with the VPN on).
