New phone ordered but not settled in the account yet
Hello, I ordered a new phone ( Google Pixel 6 Pro ) with installment. I ended up with the PayBright website and received the Agreement number. However, at the time of returning to Fizz account an error message showed up. I don't see the phone I ordered in the phone section of my Fizz account now while I got the Agreement number from PayBright. Can someone assure me that my order has taken place properly? I expect the paying off will start at the next month. Thanks and Regards.

I am sorry to hear that you encounter this situation,
I have verified your account and I see that the contract is indeed created with PayBright, however the phone doesn't appear on the order history.
You can verify that by going to my settings> order history.

It usually takes a day for the order to be fully registered, however, as you ordered it a few days ago, I have escalated a ticket to our technical team to have the situation investigated.
You can verify the ticket's status in your Fizz account under Overview.
As soon as we have news for you, you will be informed via email with all the details.

Same here, although I didn't get an error, I didn't receive any acknowledgement from Fizz. Only the loan agreement from Paybright. I'm going to wait 24hrs, then I'm going to contact them.

Your best option is to contact the support
You can chat in direct
* Sign into your account
* Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
* Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
* Choose the option
* If the green bubb 💬 chatle does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

I suggest clearing your browser cache and relogging to your Fizz account to check again.
It is also possible the order will not appear on your account until the next day.
If the problem continues, you can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.
They will surely be able to help you.

I'm having the same exact issue, and I see that this question has been asked many times in this forum. I'm trying to contact FIZZ through chats but I am not getting a response. Really frustrating. I've been with you since the beginning and thought that by now, things would be running a lot smoother. I just spent 1500$ and have no idea if i'll be paying for a phone that I'll never receive since no one can seem to get a hold of customer service.

receive the paybright email, but got an error after completing the order on the fizz website
I ordered a phone since mine broke, and now I don't even have ''expected'' date to receive it since my order don't exist

Thank you for the follow up. I am tracing the ticket created under my profile. Please be advised I have bout two different phones in two different dates. The firs one, Samsung Galaxy A52 5G, which I ordered for my child has taken place in order history and delivered successfully. All the issue encountered is about the second purchase for Google Pixel 6 Pro on Dec 13, 2021 .The phone doesn't appear on the order history so far.
Look forward to seeing the order in the history and receiving an expected date of delivery.
