You need to talk to the support, they will tell you to buy another one and when you had activate the new one they will refund you the one not received
To Chat with Fizz support:

It's a common problem, the courrier sticks the envelope on the front door, if you don't pick it up fast enough it gets stolen, do as Fling suggests.
