Have unlimited calls/data but I cannot make call - getting error "out of calls"
I can receive but not place calls? I've been on Fizz for several months now and lately, I am getting the message that I have only 3 calls left or 1 call left, etc. I can receive calls but not make outgoing calls.
I was on a call (my Mom called me) and after 14 min, it disconnected us.
Thoughts?

To reach our support you will have to be logged into your Fizz account and access an FAQ like this one for example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/I-cant-make-any-calls-on-my-phone-why
Once you access it a green bubble will appear in the bottom right-hand corner.
If you press that you will see multiple ways to reach us including the live chat.

If they are local calls you shouldn't have any issues since you have unlimited minutes.

And it's long distance - I am in Guelph and my Mom is in Ottawa.
