It's a little different for me. I completed the PayBright part but something went wrong when returning to Fizz. I received PayBright's confirmation but not Fizz's. The purchase was done on PayBright's side but the order was not placed on Fizz's side. I hope Fizz can fix it before deducting the first payment from my bank.

Hello, I would like to buy an iphone XR on your site, but when I click to use paybright, I am redirected to their site. So far, everything is going well. However, when I enter my bank details, the time the site loads, my fizz session logs out. Sometimes, I can see that it worked, but by the time the site redirects me, the session closes again.
The iPhone is on sale now and I would like to get it before it is no longer on sale.

I will suggest to clear your browser cache and retry using private/incognito mode.
Before trying again, in case you were able to enter your payment info, I will suggest to check your Fizz account to see if your order was already processed: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/when-will-my-fizz-package-be-delivered
And If you are planning to pay with PayBright, you can confirm your eligibility for financing here https://fizz.ca/en/phones/financing-my-phone, before you proceed with the order.
