    Hi Tania F. #734,
Thank you for reaching out to us.

I can see here that you were indeed refunded on December 4th at 10:21 AM with 55.71$.
You're also able to see this under My plans-> Transaction history from yourend:
    https://fizz.ca/en/transaction-history

Keep in mind that the sum may take a few business days to reach your actual bank account depending on your bank.

Thankyou very much for your understanding, patience and collaboration.

    Havea good one!

    Andrei

    Hello @Tania F. #734

Did the notification tell you where and when you'd see the refund?

the best option for now is to contact Fizz support via chat (My Settings —> Contact Forms —> Green Chat Bubble). They have a specialized team that can look into this for you.

also keep in my that when Fizz sends you the email, it means they have issued the refund. It can take up to 10 business day to appear back on your original mode of payment.

It is normal. We are December 8, and the refund was issued on a Saturday, meaning that your bank or credit card company would only get the information on the 6th. As processing time may take up to 5 working days, it is normal that you did not receive your refund yet.

There might be a delay of a few business days, especially over weekends. Please allow up to 3 days and you should have it.
