Fizz did not receive my modem, what can I do?

Hello,

I unsubscribed last month, I followed the instruction and returned my modem in the original box on Nov 23rd. The Canada post tracking says it was delivered the following day, on the 24th. I even have the delivery signature of the person who received it.

Fizz still saying they havent receive it ...

What else can I do?

    Checking on my end, I can confirm that the modem was received at HQ and you were also issued the necessary prorated refund which you can see under Myplans-> Transaction history from yourend:

    Having said that, you can rest assured that there is nothing else you need to do.

    Try to talk with Fizz support:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.

    3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account

    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    5- Choose the option 💬 chat

  • Hello, I would suggest you use the 'Contact Form' to submit a complaint and include a PDF or screen-grab showing the courier ticket with signature as proof you returned it. Likely it is a simple error and the internal paperwork just hasn't moved from one dept. to another. If Fizz continues to claim you didn't send it and charges you for the modem or Internet service, contact your local Better Business Bureau or the equivalent.

    Processing time can take a few weeks even after it has been received. Please allow a little more time.
