Missed appointment?
Yesterday I had an appointment to get my service moved (wifi) the technician came and installed it, everything worked well so he left. But since yesterday I’ve received 3-4 emails saying I need to reschedule because I “missed” my appointment. I work from home and I’m stressed that they’ll for wtv reason cut my internet since they think I missed my appointment. I don’t know if anyone has ever had the same issue. I tried chatting online but the chat bubble was not working all day and when it finally worked I was 196 in line 🙄

CHAT however is the quickest method, but facebook is the easiest.
Facebook messanger works pretty well. Don't leave personal information, brief explanation, and they will send you a Direct Message afterwards, where you can continue with the personal/account info and they can certainly take care of it.
