I switched my plan from fido to fizz. But my fido was a prepaid plan. Do I still own my fido number?

    I'm afraid you have lost your number when you are on a prepaid plan in Fido.

    It depends. If your Fido plan is still active you can port the number as long as it’s a number with a Quebec or Ottawa Area code.

    You can port your active number from Fido to Fizz, prepaid plan or not.
