Can we use the 250MB upgrade if we don't have a data plan?

    Besides, I have two upgrades, each one is 250MB. How can I use them all?

    Yes, Fizz data upgrades do not require a data plan.

    Quite useful when you need to chat with Fizz, on the road.

    And some are bigger, earned over time with My Rewards program.

    To use them both, you need 2 slots to put them in. the second slot will be unlocked at level 3.

    No need. You can use it directly without data plan.
