How do we resolve anything if you can't communicate with a live being?
No messaging no number no solution just sit and be frustrated! The absolute dumbest company I have ever had to deal with!

Maybe it is not a phone-support based company, but their customer service is on 24/7. Service is fast and reliable.

I guess you didn't do your homework before chosing fizz. If you did, you knew already they have no call center and everything it's online.

It's normal to have a few issue sometime and when you have resolved it, Fizz is not that bad. They have good price and good advantages.
