Why isn't the texting problem an issue?

I can't send or receive texts. It's been over 5hrs. Your status is marked as ok but no it's not.

  I have a problem with my mobile data , keeps turning off and on .... maybe it's a network problem for both or situations.

  Ok but someone should be looking into this. And update the status. There are several people with texting issues it looks like.
