Hello there. I need to update the e-mail address associated with my account. Can you please help me?

Please contact Fizz support during their regular office hours to change your email associated with your Fizz account.
(My settings --> Contact Forms ---> Green Chat Bubble)
They will be able to manually adjust your email :)

Hi,
you have to contact the customer service to resolve this isue, only them are allowed to make that change.
You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
