Moving upgrades between multiple plans

I have 3 mobile plans for my family under my account. I recently wanted to move some upgrades between plans to better balance them, so I first removed some of the upgrades and waited until the next billing cycle for them to become available (they are now). However, on the "My Upgrades" page, I only see 1 of my 3 plans listed, so I can't add any available upgrades to my other plans. If I click on one of my available upgrades in the "My Upgrades" popup window on the bottom right, it asks me to add a new plan although I already have 3 plans, 2 of which have no upgrades applied and should therefore have empty slots available!

How can I add my upgrades to these plans?

Thanks

Made a little research and found this :

    1. If a member is not the one paying for his own plan, such as it may be the case for a young member whose parents pay for them, this member won’t receive the points related to the dollars spent.

Since an upgrade boosts your monthly plan, your plan must include that service in the first place for that upgrade to work. Say for example you receive mobile data upgrade: your plan has to include mobile data for you to enjoy an upgrade consisting of mobile data.

When you add a plan to your account, one of these plans may not be used by you — it may be used by your child, your spouse, etc.

You will be able to manage aspects of this plan and will make all monthly payments, Add-Ons, etc.

Decide if this person will have their own Fizz account. If they do, they WILL be able to:

    • Participate in the Rewards Program: By having their own account, the My Rewards points that this person will receive will go into their account, and not yours. From that point on, that person will be able to manage their upgrades and perks themselves. You won’t have access to them anymore. Also important to know – if you’re at say level 4, the person you declare autonomous with their own account will start their My Rewards program at level 1.
    • Manage their own preferences for Fizz communications
    • Participate in the Fizz Community Hub
    • Modify their plan*

*You decide what this user can do by modifying their user permissions.

If this person will not have their own Fizz account, they WILL NOT be able to do any of the above. This may be ideal for a child or elderly relative.

Thanks, I did as you suggested. It turns out that if there are users assigned to these plans (which there were), it's not possible to share upgrades between them. I removed the users from the plans, and they are now available for upgrades. Problem solved.
