Internet availability
Hi,
I'm moving to a new apartment and would like to have Fizz internet. The people before had a Videotron cable plan. I have read that this would make Fizz available. However, I can find ANY way to communicate with Fizz to check directly with them. What should I do to communicate?

Hello, you can definitely install Fizz, and once you order it online they will have staff members coming to your condo checking where is best to install it.
You can reach them through the message box that you will find during their office hours in the right-down corner.

The message box does nothing. It just links to the same page as it is found...

if the Vidéotron instalations are already there, it's all you need.

This how to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
