Data is not working outside my subscription zone.

I'm traveling currently within Canada but my data has not been working ever since I left my subscription zone. My coverage zone is Canada and I have cell service but no data. I posted last night and someone told me to turn on roaming to fix it which have tried since but it did not work. Does anyone know what I'm missing?

    As mentioned, please double check the APN settings. If everything is correct and still not working, reach out to Fizz support :)

  • My APN is Videotron media.ng I tried adding a APN last night but it didn't seem to work. The last line though I put the entire default,mms,supl, should I have only put default?

  • I forgot that I didn't have roaming on last night when I added the new APN, I just tried it again with roaming on and it worked! Thanks a ton you two!
