How do I pay through my service provider?
I used to be able to make payments from my phone service provider through Google Pay to Fizz. My service provider is Fido, the option to pay with Fido would automatically pop up when I went to pay through Fizz but it no longer does. I'd like to make my payments only through my service provider like I did in the past, why did you remove that option?

Is your payment method already registered on your Fizz account?
As far as I know, Fizz payments are always taken automatically from the card you have registered to your plan.

It's not, when it used to work I would go to "make a payment" and immediately a pop up would show offering to pay through Fido. However this no longer happens and is restricted to payment through Visa/MasterCard.

You can check your payment transaction history to see which card was charged in the past.
By the way, if your service is working, maybe your payment isn't due yet.
Fizz payments are taken automatically from your card on the day before your renewal.

It's not a card though that's what I'm saying... I paid through my phone number, the payment was taken from my phone service provider, which is Fido, not Fizz, I can see the charge show up on my Fido bill but it disappeared from my Fizz payment history.
My service is not working, my payment is due, I've been trying to make the payment for almost a month now but the only payment method I have available, which is Fido, is no longer available and I'm trying to understand why. I do have a credit card on file but I don't have any money available on that card for now, I will in a few days but this is just upsetting all around, I was able to pay with my phone number a year ago, why can't I now? That's why I'm trying to make my payment the same way I used to before putting my credit card on file.
