Setting up personal hotspot on the phone
Best Answer

- Go to Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot or Settings > Personal Hotspot.
- Tap the slider next to Allow Others to Join.
On the device that you want to connect to, go to Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot or Settings > Personal Hotspot and make sure that it's on. Then verify the Wi-Fi password and name of the phone. Stay on this screen until you’ve connected your other device to the Wi-Fi network.

If anyone is having issues with mobile Hotspots, double check you have turned off Disconnect Pro App on Android and then restart your phone. Disconnect Pro (tracker/ad blocking) app was also causing issues where I would be able to setup a hotspot but my other devices (tablet or Tesla) wouldn't be able to access the internet on my phone.
