My credit card got scamed so I had to cancel it and wait for a new one

It’s time for my payment but I have to wait for my new credit card number. Where do I call to explain that and postpone my payment until next week?

    Unfortunately Fizz is prepaid without exception. For now, you can use a prepaid card like KoHo or ask a family/friend to borrow their card?

    I assume you have a debit card? You could use this instead. Unfortunately you cannot postpone the bill-payment

    Hi @Monika K.

    some credit card companies can pre-activate your card on its way to your place. Maybe it is your case. Call them to see if you can get in advance the information required by Fizz.
