Regarding a sim card
I have ordered a SIM card but I didn’t receive and when I contacted the community hub they told me to look at depaneur stores which I did but there’s no SIM cards . And I give up the idea of changing my mobile plan. And the amount that I paid is lost.
but now my husband wants to change his mobile plan to fizz and I have doubt it will also gonna happen to him ,so kindly let us know . Because for our address we never lost deliveries valued more than this

Once you activate your plan, you can contact Fizz customer service to be refunded for the SIM card that you did not receive.

Yes it's possible. Some Esso and Couche Tard are at the same location. 😃

Is the SIM card named as Fizz SIM card or is it a common SIM card

It's Fizz SIM card. The packaging is mostly green.
At most Couche Tard, they keep these cards behind the counter.
