i have tried at 3 different credit cards but it keeps declining
i have tried to add 3 different credit cards for a payment option and it keeps declining im attempting to get a fizz mobile plan but these chat bots are just wasting my time can someone at fizz please update my credit card otherwise i will just take my business elsewhere? this is been over a week with no success WTF?

If the problem continues, you can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.

You can use a Visa or MasterCard credit card to pay for your Fizz plans.
- including Visa or MasterCard prepaid cards which accept recurring payments
- including also Debit MasterCard or Visa Debit card
Other cards such as debit cards, American Express (Amex), Dinners, and others are not accepted.
Foreign credit/debit cards are not all accepted.

If you are using pre-paid card (like Myvanilla or others), you need to register the cards and ensure that the address associated to the cards, is the same as the billing address on your Fizz account.

Hello, in order to make sure the credit card isn't declined, please ensure the last name and the postal code (billing address) on the Fizz account and the credit card match. Otherwise, the billing system may prevent the credit card from being due to a mismatch of credentials.
