My phone order

One week ago ,I made and order for new iphone 12 through paybright and sim card but my order was still : “confirm ordered. “

since I couldn’t contact with Fizz customer service . Anyone can tell me when will they delivery for me.

i am using fido plan now, i wanna transfer to Fizz with my fido number, is it possible ?

    If there is no other update on your account, it looks like your phone order is being processed.

    Yes you will definitely be able to transfer your Fido number when you activate with Fizz as long as you have a Quebec or Ottawa number (Fizz service area).

    If you are ready to transfer your number and activate with Fizz now, you can done so if you already have a Fizz SIM card and a compatible phone. You can pick up an extra SIM card at Couche-Tard to use with your current phone. And when you receive the new iPhone, you can pop in the SIM card to have the service on your new iPhone.
