SIM card tracking says delivered, but actually it's not

Hello.

Tracking says SIM card has been delivered with a signature that looks nothing like mine. I assume it has been stolen. Which social network I shall be signed up with to request reimbursement?

    I suggest you to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

    Hello Dapfizzer,

    Unfortunately, clicking on that bubble did nothing at all and I don't have Facebook, Twitter or Whatsapp. Unless customer support representatives monitor this forum, I shall just charge back with my bank instead.

    Try the french version of the site by touching the planet on top of screen, then do the same thing with the bubble. It'll work, you'll see!

    I am sorry to hear about this situation. 
    You can also conatct our support team from your Fizz account, My settings > contact form. 
    I also verified the chat option and it's working. I recommend trying to access it again from an incognito/ private browser. Someone will reply shortly.

    Switching to French, as suggested by Dapfizzer, and allowing 3rd party cookies worked. Hopefully someone will answer soon…

    If you think that your SIM card has been stolen, it might be good to cancel it before someone else using it. Here's more information about it : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/found-mobile

    But yes, I suggest you strongly to contact the Fizz customer's service just like dapfizzer suggested you.
