Do you have a signal?
Can you try to put the phone in air plane mode for 30 seconds?
Can you try the SIM in a different phone?

* Choisissez l'option 💬 clavardage
** Si la bulle verte ne s'affiche pas assurez-vous que votre bloqueur de publicité est désactivé, sinon essayer avec un autre navigateur.

Yes I do have a signal. I just tried to put it on airplane mode and it still doesn't work. I don't have another phone to try the SIM card on.
