Hi there!

I would like to receive an SMS message from Europe to my Canadian number but i received nothing. Is it possible to get SMS from abroad?

    To receive there should not be any problems. Have you tried receiving multiple messages? Double check the number where the message is bing sent?


    if you which to send I think you need to have that option selected in your plan or it might just be international calls.

    I do not have any problem receive SMS from Europe, you can get SMS for free from all around the world

    You should be able to receive them without any problems. Incoming text messages are always free. In case you want to send something back and you don't have text messages in your plan, you need to buy an add-on or have sufficient funds in your wallet.

    Have you double checked with the person that tries to send you the text message that they use the international number format (+1)?
