Try in different location, the LTE is a shared resources

it can be your location or phone
I cannot complain with 103 Mbps

It is hard to pinpoint the cause. It could be your distance from a tower, or the number of users sharing the tower, or the weather. I also experienced speeds like this for a while, but in the same location I also had speeds in the 20+MBPS range for download.

I did what i saw on fizz upgrading my acced point and still low numbers im not far from a tower about 5 miles
