Can you try to clear the cookies and the cache ou your browser, or use it in private mode?

Best you try to reach out to Fizz support directly. They will be able to help you and order you a SIM card manually.
Alternatively, should you live in Québec, you can buy a Sim Card at a participating Couche-Tard.
