Error ordering sim card

Having the following error when trying to place an order for a new sim card, "Standard shipping value is not selectable. Please select another value for Shipment Type"

It Will not let me choose a shipping speed or place an order for the sim.

Any resolutions? Thanks

    Can you try to clear the cookies and the cache ou your browser, or use it in private mode?

    Do you know that you can get a SIM card also from the CoucheTard stores, but I will suggestion to call them before, it seems that there is a shortage of SIMs.

    Best you try to reach out to Fizz support directly. They will be able to help you and order you a SIM card manually.

    Alternatively, should you live in Québec, you can buy a Sim Card at a participating Couche-Tard.
