Payment failed, but CC charged?!
I got an email last night saying that my monthly payment failed, but I can see my CC was charged TWICE already! And now I can't even see my profile to chat with someone about this. I hope they don't disrupt my service, since this is clearly a problem on fizz's end.

Checking on my end, I can see that you were refunded with one of the charges taken 3 days ago in double, 56.34$.
You will receive the respective sum on your credit card in a few business days.
You are also able to see this under My plans-> Transaction history from your end:

Have you tried contacting support for them to have a closer look at this? You can chat with them from your account or through messenger

I have messaged them on fb, but I can't seem to access the chat in my profile. At the moment, I can't even see my profile fully as it shows me an error when trying to navigate in my account.

You can chat indirect
* Sign into your account

* Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
* Choose the option 💬 chat
* If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

They got back to me on fb, and asked me to send them a photo of my CC transactions so they can look into it. Fingers crossed!

The representative on fb just messaged me again, and said that it looks like the payment went through on their end and everything is fine. They escalated this issue to the concerned team, and hopefully they can resolve the "double charge" situation soon.
