Why I cannot use a Canadian visa card (CIBC) to pre-pay for the modem delivery?

    This may be an issue with the payment system at the moment. Looks like someone else has also just reported a payment issue with a new card. Maybe try again in the morning.

    I used my Canadian Mastercard (canadian tire card) and had no issues.

    I used TD visa credit card, everything is ok, no problem.

    Please contact customer support (My settings -> Contact Forms -> Green Chat Bubble). Sometimes it can happen that the payment system blocs your card. Only support can help you. CIBC should work as it is a Canadian card.
