Can't Subscribe Address for Wifi

Hi,

I'm trying to subscribe my address (an apartment in Montreal) for wifi service. The current tenant has a contract that ends Aug 31, 2021. I want to start a contract beginning Sept 1, 2021. However, when I try to register I get the following error message: "Uh-oh. Another Fizz member is already subscribed to the Home Internet service at this address. That means that to subscribe, you must unfortunately wait until that member unsubscribes."

Please let me know how to go forward.

    How?? I can't find any contact information. I've clicked all of the links on that page...

    It says "We’ll get back to you so you don’t have to wait around. Just leave us a message on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, iMessage or Twitter private." -- but it doesn't say the handle to look for or the number to message.

    The number for FIZZ whatsapp contact is (438) 393-5814

    Once you add it as a contact, you will see that fizz logo when you try to send them a message, so you will know it is the correct one.

    Then on the question mark that appears at bottom right, you select CHAT, it would be the quickest (if it works for you). Make sure to disable any popup-blockers first.
