Roaming on cad us plan not working
I currently have 11 gb data and us-cad plan. I am in USA New York. Even tho I get four bars... On roaming I get this message. No internet available. Auto network is at&t 3 g. No other network will let me connect.
Reset network settings and manually set apn.
Manually select the network, I can successfully connect to ATT but am told no internet available, no cellular network available. I am unable to connect to any other carrier. ##$&&@##!!! Have put a ticket in but after a week no answer no data no phone in U. S. while on roaming.

@judi , was your issue resolved?
It sounds like you have a SIM-bearing mobile device (please confirm) so you're on a GSM network in Canada, which is why AT&T shows up (also GSM), so that cannot be the issue.
Assuming all settings are correct, and you have even restarted the device, and it's still not connecting, I'd walk into an AT&T store (if possible) with the device and have them check it and assist you.
