Is this normal?
Hi is it normal that processing a phone return is taking Fizz more than a month? Every time I reach their customer service I get assigned to the same rep and he repeats the same thing every time: I will escalate your ticket and it will be solved very soon. It's been 2 weeks that the tickets been escalated every 2-3 days and still not a sound.
