How can I change Fizz Internet's IP?

If the current IP was blocked because of some reasons and can't browse one website, how can I change internet's IP? Thx.

    @gogoer it is difficult to change the IP you can always try to turn off the modem overnight, the ISP try to give you a dynamic IP with a very long lease

    or you can use a VPN service
