Actually, you have 90 days to activate each perk BUT once activated, you have another 90 days to use them from the date you activated them. So don't need to activate them all today.

Here's the problem: you only have 30 days to use each perk once it's activated. This is such a nasty gift that Fizz gives us. They know we will never be able to use all the data because they give it to us all at the same time. Today, Fizz gave me 5 perks of 1Gb. That's 5 Gb of data that I will never be able to use within only 3 months (90 days).
Why doesn't Fizz spread out the perks it gives or give us perks with longer expiry dates? I feel they do this because they want us to pay for more data when we run out. This is actually cruelty disguised as kindness.

It's not cruelty at all. You can give your extra data to people who need it, and if you are in a month where you use a lot of data, you can use this extra data. Do not forget that the plan for which you subscribed is what you are expected to get. Everything else is a gift. I don't know other providers who gifts customers. You may not like how the system works, but I see many advantages.
