New voicemail requires PIN?
According to Fizz website (https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-I-access-and-use-my-voicemail):
- PIN authentication no longer required.
But when I call from my mobile, and Caller ID is shown of course, it still asks me for my PIN.
What am I missing?

Tried again this morning, the option to ask for the PIN is back.
- Access your voicemail
- Enter your PIN
- Press 4 to enter the personal options
- Press 1 to enter the PIN settings
- Press 1 to disable the PIN
Works great now!

Hi Folks,
We enabled the PIN to give you more control over your options and settings with your new Voice Mail. To disable your VM PIN, is at your discretion and it’s optional. To enable "Pin Skip" all you need to do is press on #4 then #1 in the VM menu.
If you don't remember your VM password or want to change it, you can modify your access code (PIN) directly via your voicemail, or online from your Fizz account (Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail).
IMPORTANT: Unsafe combinations such as 1234 or 8888 will be rejected.
I hope this helps,
Jay

Same for me, since this morning it asks for PIN right away.
I remember last week having the option to ask for PIN or not in the options (pressing 4), now the option is gone.
There is also a new option to stop receiving an SMS for new voicemail, I don't recall having this option before today.

I chatted with Fizz and they raised a ticket for this.

Tried and works great. It may be related to my ticket yesterday.
