I cancelled 2 accounts last week. 2 payments made. 1 payment refunded. How can I get the other payment to be refunded?
We are users like yourself here. You should contact customer service. From my experience the best way is to send them a message on messenger. They reply pretty fast.
Login to Fizz (still working though you plan is cancelled), go to setting and find "Contact us" , fill a form. Then you'll be assigned the ticket number , just follow the same ticket number and it will be resolved. Fizz support is ok to do this kind of simple job.
