I tried restarting my phone, taking off my SIM card but nothing works. It’s been like that for days now.

Yes I do have unlimited calls and sms. When I try to call it says that I do not have access to the service I tried putting my SIM CARD in another phone but doesn’t work either. My LTE works though.
