I cannot recieve messages from CIBC?

do you have any idea how to solve the problem with CIBC message.

    I am banking with CIBC too and don't have any problems with text messages. I also don't have text messages included in my plan. Incoming text messages are always free.

    There is the option to switch to 2FA via CIBC App. I encourage you to do that as it is safer than text message.

    Check with them that they have your correct mobile phone number.

    Also make sure your mobile phone plan has SMS text messaging included.
