This is what the canada coverage looks like. As you can see, some parts not covered. I recommend you check if you still have data left. Or if you are in a rural area that isn't covered. A way to test this is to see if you can make a phone call. If you can than you should have access to data.

    Have a nice day.

    You need to enable roaming.

That's all you need to do, check your emails did you receive any from fizz about usage limitation?

Canada wide is for your coverage for phone call, it has nothing to do with your data usage. You probably run out of all your data quota. Need wait next billing cycle.

If you have enough data, turn on and turn off airplane mode may bring data back. Or simply a phone reboot.

Since Fizz is a Videotron flanker brand, roaming behaviour may be similar.

When in Ontario with Videotron, I've had to power cycle the phone to get data.

Even though I can still text and call, occasionally data would disappear.

Turning Airplane mode on and off may also work.

This assumed that you have enough data and that data roaming is enabled.
