I am new to fizz, the technician just came today and I received my Fizz modem but it will not let me connect to the internet and it is not working. I have trie the steps of disconnecting the wifi connection to reconnect, unplugging the modem etc and nothing is working. Does anyone know how to contact Fizz? Or how I can fix this?

Which lights are turned on and what colour are they (on your modem)?

They are all green and blue

Do you have green fifth light (count from the top)
