Problem with installation

I had my installation appointment four days ago. The technician came but due to a technical issue he was not able to complete the installation. I was supposed to receive a call to reschedule another installation date. However no one has called me yet. Today I checked my profile and the status of my installation is: "You missed it" which is definitely not true!

How can I contact fizz to fix this problem?

    Yes, contact Fizz Technical Support to make sure they know what happened. Videotron technicians are responsible for installations and some are more helpful than others...

    Go to Fizz website (or this URL) https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/que-faire-si-je-narrive-pas-me-connecter-mon-compte-fizz then click the green icon with the " ? " which is on the bottom right of the screen. Then you can choose which platform to chat.

    You could also try to reschedule and the next technician might do the job properly.
