My appartment for internet adress is wrong, should I leave it like that?

My adress is wrong for my internet service, but the technician installed everything anyway and told me to just ask for a adress change. But customer support told me that I need to cancel this plan an order a new one with a new appointment. Kind of silly to bring a technician just for an adress change. Should I leave it like that? It is just an appartment number.

I believe that the support gave you a wrong answer
Since you are blocking an address and at that address the person cannot activate Fizz service
This error must be solved by the customer service, if you are doing a moving procedure you can end up with problems since the technician can disconnect the cable and refusing to complete the move procedure6 -
