I'm new to the FIZZ Family

Hi Everyone! I just signed up to FIZZ internet service. My installation date is June 1st. I opted for self installation. I read a lot of posts from users suggesting to use your own router. The built-in router on the Hitron Coda 4680 is hit-or-miss. I have my own router Netgear AC1200. For those of you who are using your own router, have you had any issues with the internet service? Thank you.

I also use my own and the only issue I have is a dead spot in my dining room, wired connections are perfectly stable; the single outage I got in 3 months is a power outage.

I use my own router and i dont have any issue.

I never use the router fonctionne on the Hitron so i can say if he work fine or no but we get many bad feedback on the forum indeed.
