Modem never received following a reactivation

I reactivated my internet account on April 17th 2021.

I was pretty sure I took an appointment but can't find it anywhere in my account, and now I can' fin the option to take another one.

Can someone help me with this ?

    You’ll have to contact customer support, which is available through iMessage business chat, faceboook messenger, and the online chat through this website. Log in to your account and tap “help,” then “contact us.”
