Not Mobile Network

Hello, I have had no connection on my phone for 4 days+ now. I tried restarting the phone, taking out/in the SIM card, nothing seems to work. I need my phone for work.

Thank you.

    Hi Carolina,
Thank you for reaching out to us.

I understand and I'm sorry to learn about the inconvenience.

Can you please let us know what brand and model of phone you're using and if you're currently connected to Fizz or Fizz EXT based on your current location?
Also, can you please tell us where you are now?

Thank you very much for your understanding.

    thank you,

I have an iPhone 11 pro. My network selection is automatic. I live in Gatinea, Quebec.

Thank you for your reply, Carolina.

Please go to Settings->Cellular->Network Selection->Uncheck the automatic selection option and choose the 1st Fizz option that appears.

Then, go to Cellular Data Network and click on Reset Settings.

Finally, under Cellular Data Options->Voice&Data->Select 3G, please.

Let us know if this helped.
