By mistake I added money to my wallet. Is there a way to get it back to my bank account. I thought I can apply it to an add-on but it didn't give me a choice to use the money I placed in my wallet? Or can it be used towards a monthly payment?

    Thank you for letting us know about this case.

    I can see that the wallet refund request was escalated by one of my colleagues and you will receive the sum in a few business days on your bank account.

    You'll also be able to see this under My plans-> Transaction history from your end:

    The funds you put in your Wallet can be refunded to you. You must make your request during our business hours using the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner of this page.
