Account Changes Lock Out

Due to data roll over I usually make account changes to modify my next months data amount to insure I am not paying for more than what I need. I usually complete this on the 20th of each month as my billing cycle ends on the 22nd. This month (April 2021) account changes were locked out forcing my to over purchase data that I will likely not use (even with current rollover period).

Please verify if I can get an extended rollover period for the data I was forced to purchase for the May 2021 cycle to insure I am able to use all data I was forced to purchase.

    Hi DanW123,

    You must request any plan changes at least 48 hours before your renewal date. If you try to make a change under 48 hours, you will be locked out.

    Keep in mind that the data from your current cycle is valid for up to 3 months (90 days).
