Why can't I adjust my plan?

I clicked 'Adjust my Plan', hoping to my data allowance. But a red msg displays: "You cannot adjust your plan before 2021/04/01" ...... But that date passed weeks ago?

This is a glitch with your plan. Please contact Fizz support so they can create a ticket to fix this issue for you.
- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
- Click on one of the help links from the Solution Hub, like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-mobile-plan
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Seems like a bug to me, maybe try again next month? Have you already change it this month?
