Its about the fequencies so not Android, iso, ect.
So you have to check what frequencies your tablet have like Idefizz said :)
Many Android phone dont work if they dont support the fequencies so the OS have nothing to do with it :)

I ask my question differently. Does the data plan work on MICROSOFT mobile devices? I see YES for Android and ios but I see NOTHING for Microsoft Mobiles. Do I have to insist or do I have to give up?
